After washing the cars, I decided to explore the area a little since I still have roads I haven’t been down since moving here in February. Came across this graveyard of Rams & Ramchargers
Honestly, I don’t know what is going on, but I desperately want to know more.

I always loved how they just duplicated the front door so they could use the same sheet metal and glass.

That big blue club cab, my wife's dad had one of those way back when she was a kid, she said they called it George. The lore has it that George got six miles per gallon.

Nice find! I guess we probably all are attuned to spotting the vehicles that interest us most.

Great photos!
I think I can safely assume that the shop specializes in Dodge trucks and has a substantial yard of donor trucks. That blue double cab P ower W agon, mmmmmmmm. The winch and bumper just makes it.

Those crew cabs are cool but it always bugs me that they use front doors for the back as well, I get why but it’s weird, they are meant for work not looking at! Well a WM300 is the first gen, there were plenty of versions of that Power Wagon before these, even mine is basically the same truck with a different body. They kept making WM300s for other markets into the 60's because nothing else was that tough, they are more like a tractor. They had a cabless one as well. they were for foreign military.

Chevrolet and GMC were also available like that.

In that case, I would bet the owner is just using it to store his many many many project cars.
Not too long ago, a DOTS of mine included a tow company with an absurd amount of 40s-60s American cars, trucks mostly. I would guess the same sort of thing is happening.

I love that 415s30 complained about exactly the same thing shortly after.

Many years ago I almost got one like the crew cab from a couple I knew from a now defunct auto forum. The plan was I was going to fly to South Dakota where they lived, spend some time doing touristy stuff , and working on it at their shop to get it ready for the trip home. They owned an RV repair shop, and it was hit by someone trying to bring an RV for repair just before I bought the ticket.

I’m not well enough versed in old dodge trucks to have a better identifier, but the orange one in the last picture - yes please.

Get that power wagon, and adjust it a little bit and you can piss off Chevy Chase, pick up some rich bitch, and also make an appearance in “They Live”.
(yes, one truck, three movie screen shots!)
